Rental Information

Eagle Fern Camp is a year around Christian camp and retreat center nestled in the foothills of the Cascade range along scenic Eagle Creek, just 30 miles southeast of Portland, Oregon.

Our facilities and services are available to churches, youth groups, schools and other nonprofit organizations that are not in conflict with our Statement of Faith .

Our 100 acres of secluded woodland is great for hikes and times to think. Eagle Creek is a great place for swimming, tubing, trout and steelhead fishing and catching crawdads....in season.

Prices are subject to change. A minimum of 75 per group is required. Prices do not include meals but are available through our food service. If you do not choose EFC food service, there is a one-time fee of $200 for usage of the kitchen.

We will send a contract to each group for their reserved date at Eagle Fern Camp. As well as a signed contract and deposit, we need copies of the following certifications in order for you and/or your group to stay at Eagle Fern:

Certificate of liability insurance (available from your group's insurance agent)
Food Handler's Card
Lifeguard Certificate (when applicable)

Food Service provided by Eagle Fern Camp staff takes the worry out of the coordination required to provide quality meals allowing you time to enjoy and concentrate on your program.

Our rates are affordable and a practical alternative to recruiting cooks and dish washers, getting food handler permits, menu planning, shopping, delivery of food, food preparation and storage, clean up and kitchen check out.

Instead we can do it all for you! We're famous for our homemade breads & freshly baked desserts.

Food rates are approximately $21.00 per person per day (for 3 meals + 1 snack) with some discounts available to larger groups and small children.
