Are you one of those girls that is thrilled with horses? There are a few of you out there, we know! You just love being around horses. You love how they smell, how they look, and how they act (well, maybe just two out of three on that one). Eagle Fern has a camp just for you, and a great staff who know just how enthused you are about horses. They want you to have an unforgettable week. They also want to spend time talking with you and sharing the things they know about Jesus and about God’s love.
During the week of Horse Camp the girls will get to learn the basics of horsemanship through arena work, obstacle courses, and trail riding. In addition to lots and lots of time with the horses there will be time to swim in the creek, to soar on the Giant Swing, to glide down the Screamin’ Eagle Zip Line, to create a craft or two, and to spend time at the camp store.
Carla Calhoun will be returning to direct our Horse Camps for the second year, now. She will also have many of her great horse staff back this summer too. These ladies love everything about horses, too, even how they smell. And they have something new planned this year. Each horse camp will close on Thursday evening with a Showdeo, where the girls get to show off their horse skills to Mom and Dad. The Showdeo will be from 7:00 to 8:00 PM.
Don’t wait to sign up, because our Horse Camps always sell out quickly!
