TCL Staff
Training Christian Leaders is a program for high school students who have a desire to service others and learn about what it means to be a servant leader like Jesus. There are two sessions: Alpha serves during the first three weeks and Omega during the last three. TCLers spend their three weeks serving food, cleaning dishes, cleaning bathrooms, and working on various projects. They develop strong work ethic and a love for service, build relationships that last a lifetime, and fall deeper in love with Jesus. Staff members are typically off every weekend from Saturday around noon until Sunday around 3:00 pm.
